Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Tread. By using Tread, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to use the service for your business.
Service
Tread provides software for mobile tire and roadside teams to manage job intake, quoting, dispatch, technician status, proof photos, receipts, and review requests.
Customer Communications
You are responsible for ensuring that customer phone numbers and communication permissions are collected lawfully. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Tread. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Tread to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized messages, to interfere with the service, or to violate the rights of customers, technicians, or third parties.
Payments and Records
Tread may record payment types and generate receipts. Tread is not a payment processor unless a separate payment processing feature or provider is expressly made available.
Availability
We work to keep Tread reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tread is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
